Our return policy is simple and free. You have 15 days after the date of delivery to get a FREE RETURN LABEL. After 15 days of the delivery date, you will have to purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and return the item(s) before 30 days of original delivery.
If you are sending the item(s) from the carrier of choice, then send the tracking details to customercare@lushambience.com
Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, in original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All products must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
How to initiate a return?
Email us at info@lushambience.com or call +1 843-920-2818 to get return instructions & free shipping label. Just use this label & drop off the package at the closest carrier location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you received defective or damaged items, no sweat simply emails us at customercare@lushambience.com (send us the screenshot or image showing the damaged part of the product)
For product exchange with another size or product, you can follow the return process and email our team to help you with the exchange process.
